Experience estimating labor, material & mailing costs of printed products such as binding books, pamphlets etc. Partners with sales staff, management, production personnel & customers. Experience with Print Smith Software a plus. Will do 30-40 estimates per day. M-F, Day shift, Pay $12/hr.

Graphic Artist/Part-Time
Design art & copy layout to be presented by visual communication on printed materials. Determine size and arrangement of material, arrange layout, knowledge of layout principles & esthetic design concepts. Needs a lot of pre-press experience and dealing with other people's files. Work cohesively with colleague's and clients to establish design parameters, creat templates & style guides. Must be able to create 2, 3 & 4 color layout templates, covers and packaging solutions. M-F, Day Shift, Pay $14/hr.

Laser/Digital Machine Operator
Experience creating & troubleshooting files using desktop publishing softwar. Extensive knowledge of digital & offset printing & pre-press work. Preferred working knowledge of MAC & PC versions of Quark, Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator & In-Design. Processing 30-40 estimates a day. M-F, Day Shift, Pay $12.

Service Representative
Candidate must be semi-professional, detail oriented, self starter, self disciplined, team oriented, coachable, astute & disciplined, pleasant personality, approachable, have good phone voice, able to communicate to the public and shop workforce that is out doing installs. Will be working with Moraware scheduling software that is tailored to the stone manufacturing industry. The candidate will be working with the customers, salespeople, and shop, keeping the lines of communication open between all involved. Will be responsible for tracking status of jobs and relaying info. M-F Pay $11/hr.

Steel Stud Framer
2+ years commercial experience lifting up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the day. Day shift 7am to 4:30pm M-F. Pay $15/hr.

Carpenters - Springfield/Eugene

Inside Sales
Sales Clerk: Experience with inside sales. Must have computer experience, good math skills, detail-oriented, professional style, excellent oral/verbal communication skills. Will work directly with customers through out the world. Mac computers, and have a variety of different data entry programs. Sell electronic resistors, these vary in types, sizes, ohms, resistance, price, etc. We also manufacture prototypes for customers requiring a specific type of resistor that is not one of our normally manufactured types. Telecommunications Technician
Minimum 2-years experience in the low voltage industry with extensive experience installing and servicing KEY and PBX systems. The qualified applicant must also have experience installing Network Cabling Infrastructure utilizing CAT-5, CAT-6 and Fieber Optic Media. If your work experience was obtained in Oregon, you must have, at minimum a Limited Energy Class B (LEB) Electrical License. If your work experience was obtained outside of Oregon, you must have, at minimum, 4,000 hours (2-years) of documentable experience to be applied toward obtaining your Limited Energy License. The successful applicant must be highly motivated, have excellent customer relation skills, have attention to detail, take pride in their work and be highly competent in their trouble-shooting and technical skills. Requires construction experience. Able to measure, and make accurate cuts. Transportation and basic hand tools required. $10-12 hr.

Experience preferred, but willing to train. Must be able to load equipment into van, and move furniture. Must have clean DMV to drive Company vehicle. Pay $12 hr.

Cleaners
Restoration company need cleaners for homes and commercial buildings that have either fire or water damage. Must be able to lift 40 lbs, stand entire shift and climb ladder if needed. Pay $8.50 hr.

Construction Labor
Various positions ranging from demolition, stripping concrete, construction cleanup, hauling debris etc. Salem and Surrounding areas. Pay $9-11 hr.

HVAC Sales
4-5 yrs. Sales Experience required. Willing to train in specific field. Will be selling HVAC services/products for residential and commercial.
